HPLC Column, RP C18 ABX, 10um, 4.6mm ID x 250mm Length, 100A

This Cogent RP C18 ABX™ Column is a premium value and used in HPLC with extreme pH (2-12) in the Mobile Phase for Acidic or Basic Compounds. It is specially end capped (bulky) and is bonded with an 18 carbon aliphatic hydrocarbon to the highest purity silica available. This column is ideal as an Alternate in USP Methods that use the L1 Classification with acids or bases with a very high or a very low pKa. This Column is very rugged and can be used in typical Reversed Phase HPLC.

With a 10 µm Particle, this column works well with higher flow rates and lower back pressures. Used for hydrophobic compounds in Reversed Phase, this Octadecyl Phase is excellent for long chain fatty acids.
