Obelisc R is a mixed-mode analytical column designed for use in traditional reversed-phase type applications.
– Thanks to the presence of ionic groups and a long hydrophobic chain, Obelisc R provides additional retention and tuning that traditional reversed-phase columns cannot offer.
– Multiple separation modes available (RP, NP, IE)
– Compatible with LC-MS, ELSD, preparative chromatography, and low UV (<220 nm); works with low concentration buffers.
