Primesep AP is a silica-based amino column with hydrophilic properties. It:
– Separates acidic compounds using an anion-exchange mechanism.
– Separates basic and neutral polar compounds using a HILIC mechanism.
The mobile phases are compatible with LC-MS and preparative chromatography, and can also be chosen for low UV detection.
