This Cogent HPS Amino™ Stationary Phase has been a premium value and used by HPLC laboratories for many years. Not end capped, it is manufactured using tri-functional bonding of a 3 carbon silane with a terminal amino group to our unique High Purity Silica. This Column is ideal for new, small volume prep methods.

With a 5 µm Particle, this Column works well with higher flow rates and lower back pressures compared with smaller particles which is desirable for Semi Preparative Chromatography. Used for polar molecules with a negative charge, such compounds with Carboxylic Acid Groups and Sugars, in Normal Phase or

HILIC

modes. Compares to Inertsil™ Amino and Luna™ Amino Columns in performance.
