After several hundred connections to HPLC columns or to the instruments, it is advisable to replace the "all PEEK Ferrule" of a Direct Adaptive (Di-Ad™) HPLC column connector, to insure good connections and prevent leaking during use. It is easy and simple to remove and insert this replacement.
