1- Warranty

  • Warranty Period: The period during which LABMALL assumes responsibility to accept and address warranty issues for products supplied by LABMALL, as indicated on the warranty certificate and sticker.

  • Valid Warranty Certificate: Refers to the warranty certificate issued by LABMALL accompanying the product, bearing LABMALL's stamp. The warranty certificate should conform to the specified format, be intact without any splits or patches, and the product serial number on the certificate should match the product being serviced (with no signs of erasure or modification).

  • Valid Warranty Sticker: It's the sticker affixed by LABMALL on each product, without any signs of tampering, tearing, or re-sticking.

2- General Regulations

LABMALL implements a nationwide warranty policy: Customers purchasing LABMALL's products from any branch/office of LABMALL will be provided warranty services at all official LABMALL branches nationwide.

Product warranty includes: Rectifying any damages, technical issues arising due to manufacturer's fault.

3. Warranty Regulations

  • Free warranty service applies to products within the warranty period calculated from the delivery date (as stated on the Warranty Certificate and as specified by each manufacturer for all technical issues).

  • Must have LABMALL's warranty certificate and sticker on the product.

  • Product replacement: Products supplied by LABMALL that meet the warranty conditions mentioned above and are found to be defective due to manufacturing while being irrepairable by LABMALL's technicians will be replaced with a new product.

4- Instances Not Covered by Warranty

  • Products that have exceeded the warranty period stated on the certificate or if the Warranty Certificate is lost.

  • Warranty seal is torn, broken, overlaid, or its information altered.

  • Warranty certificate does not clearly state the Serial number and purchase date.

  • Serial number on the product cannot be verified or does not match the number on the warranty certificate.

  • Product damages due to physical impacts, damages due to user negligence such as dropping, breaking, impacts, scratches, dents, moisture exposure, rust, water spillage, or damages from fire, natural disasters, electrical short circuits, explosions.

  • Signs of damage from rodents or insect infestation.

  • Incorrect usage against the instruction manual or wrong voltage.

  • Unauthorized disassembly or repair attempts before bringing the product for warranty service.

V- Post-Warranty Service

Devices or products purchased from LABMALL that are out of warranty or fall under non-warranted conditions will be serviced or replaced at LABMALL's Service Center at a preferential rate or supported for repairs at the original manufacturer.
