HPLC Column, RP C18, Wide Pore, 5um, 2.1mm ID x 50mm Length, 300A

This Cogent RP C18™ Wide Pore Stationary Phase has been a premium value and used by HPLC laboratories for many years. It is double end capped ( fully ), with traditional bonding of an 18 carbon silane to the highest purity silica available.

With a 5 µm Particle and 300A Pore Size, this column works well with higher flow rates and lower back pressures. Used for large hydrophobic or neutral compounds in Reversed Phase, this Octadecyl Phase is also excellent for long chain fatty acids, some proteins and peptides.

A very popular column size, this short and narrow-bore column provides short run times but requires a pump that can precisely deliver, and a flow cell that made for, reduced flow rates with lower volumes. This column size is excellent, and a favorite for LCMS.
