Ultisil HILIC-Diol column is a hydropHILIC interaction column with a diol group bonded to silica gel. For strong polar compounds with poor retention on a reversed-phase column, it can be retained on HILIC diol column in high concentrations of organic solvents. The separation effect of polar compounds is good, and it is also used in the case of analysis of amino acids.
