With a 10 µm Particle and 300A Pore Size, this column works well with higher flow rates and lower back pressures. Used in process for purification of proteins, peptides, enzymes and other large, hydrophobic or neutral compounds in Reversed Phase preparative HPLC, this Butyl Phase is excellent for bio molecules.
A specialized HPLC System is required for columns this size.
