This Cogent RP C4™ Wide Pore Stationary Phase has been a premium value and used by HPLC laboratories for many years. It is double end capped ( fully ), with traditional bonding of a 4 (Butyl) carbon ligand to the highest purity silica available.

With a 5 µm Particle, this column works well with higher flow rates and lower back pressures compared with smaller particles. Used for proteins, peptides, enzymes and other large, hydrophobic or neutral compounds in Reversed Phase, this Butyl Phase is excellent for bioanalysis.

This narrow-bore column requires a pump that can precisely deliver, and a flow cell thats made for, reduced flow rates with lower volumes. This column size is excellent, and a favorite for LCMS.
