This Cogent MicroBee Cyano™ Stationary Phase is part of the Similars™ product line that has been a premium value used by HPLC laboratories for many years.
The "Type-A", 10um, 125A Stationary Phase is not end capped and is manufactured with a 3 carbon ligand that has an attached terminal Cyano (Carbon & Nitrogen) group which includes a triple bond. Bonded to irregular shaped silica, this makes it an ideal Alternate in USP Methods that use the L10 Classification and Microbondapak™ or similar Cyano Columns.
