The 5 µm Particle works well with prep flow rates and produces lower back pressures than smaller particles. The large diameter of this column provides high loading capacity which is great for purification of proteins, peptides, enzymes and other large, hydrophobic or neutral compounds in Reversed Phase Preparative HPLC.
