The 5µm particle works well with higher flow rates.
The extra large diameter and length of this column provides high loading capacity which is great for purification of isomers (positional), Tocopherols, Flavonoids, Polynuclear Aromatics, Nitro-Aromatic Compounds, many Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), Natural Products and Related Compounds that have Phenyl rings, making it ideal for Process HPLC.
